Dear Sir or Madam,

    As an undergraduate from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, I am writing the letter in purpose of offering some conducive recommendations as regards the service in our library.

    Firstly, a great many students express their frustration and irritation with our library in that there are usually long lines waiting for assistance. Secondly, since computers are used by all major libraries to streamline cataloguing and other administrative tasks, we should have access to the Internet via computers. Lastly, our library should has a full set of classical works and exert all our efforts to purchase the latest publications.
